HLRA Board Members

W. William Whiteside, III - Chair
Mr. Whiteside is currently a member of the Horsham Township Council. He previously served on the Horsham Water Authority and the Horsham Planning Commission. He is employed as the Chief Deputy at the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds.

Joanna Furia, Esquire - Vice Chair
Ms. Furia is a former member of Horsham Township Council. She is an attorney with the primary emphasis in family law.

William Donnelly - Member
Mr. Donnelly is currently a member of the Horsham Industrial and Commercial Development Authority and a former member of Horsham Township Council and the Horsham Planning Commission. He was formerly the Montgomery County Prothonotary.

Donnamarie Davis, Esquire - Member
Representing the Bucks County Commissioners, Ms. Davis is a practicing attorney living in Warminster Township, Bucks County.

Dr. Curtis Griffin - Member
Dr. Griffin is the Superintendent of the Hatboro-Horsham School District.

Mark Theurer - Member
Mr. Theurer is a resident of Horsham Township.

Steve Nelson - Member
Mr. Nelson represents the Montgomery County Commissioners. Mr. Nelson is Acting Director for the Montgomery County Planning Commission.

Larry Burns - Member
Mr. Burns is a Senior Vice President in the Commercial Lending Group at Conestoga Bank. Mr. Burns is a member of the Montgomery County Workforce Investment Board and an active member of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.

Gary Bissig - Member
Mr. Bissig is Vice President and Partner of LABREPCO, Inc. located in Horsham, PA.  He is also involved in several community outreach organizations such as Chief's Advisory Teams (CHAT's), Horsham Department of Emergency Management, Horsham Township Police Pension Board and Horsham Neighbor's Association, Inc.
