| 11.09.05 | Congress approves BRAC list. Base Relocation and Closure Act of 2005 (BRAC 2005) provides for the closure of NAS-JRB Willow Grove and Off-site Housing. |
| 02.16.06 | Formal application by Horsham Township Authority to Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA) for recognition as the LRA to plan reuse of all surplus property associated with NAS-JRB Willow Grove, including Off-site Housing. |
| 03.10.06 | Under Secretary of Defense correspondence recognizing Horsham Township Authority as the Local Redevelopment Authority for planning the Redevelopment of NAS-JRB Willow Grove and Off-site Housing. |

| 01.15.09 | Department of the Navy letter advising that no federal agencies have expressed interest in acquiring remote housing parcels known as Shenandoah Woods and Jacksonville Road. Navy has declared these housing areas to be surplus property. |
| 01.29.09 | HLRA published Public Notice of availability of Surplus Federal Property to State and Local Eligible parties, including Homeless Service Providers. HLRA seeking Notices of Interest (NOI) due July 15, 2009. Workshop to be held April 2, 2009. |
| 04.02.09 | Public workshop held at Warminster Township Building to provide an overview of base redevelopment planning process, information on land use constraints at that time and the Notice of Interest (NOI) Process. NOI booklets distributed for application by homeless providers and public benefit users. NOI's due July 15, 2009 |

The revised Redevelopment Plan and Homeless Assistance Submission was submitted by the HLRA to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of the Navy on May 18, 2011. |

HUD sent letter to the HLRA advising that it was HUD's final determination that the revised Redevelopment Plan for NAS-JRB Willow Grove for Off-site Housing at Shenandoah Woods and Jacksonville Road meets the requirements of the Base Community Redevelopment and Homeless Assistance Act of 1994. |
